By using Velvet, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice and confirm you are at least 18 years old. Minors may not access, register, appear in or be represented through the platform.
Velvet’s role
Velvet provides discovery, profile, verification, moderation and direct-contact tools. It is not an agency, employer, representative, guarantor or party to conversations, payments or arrangements made outside the platform.
Accounts and profiles
Professionals must provide accurate information, protect credentials, maintain rights and consent for submitted content and keep public contact and profile details current.
Verification and moderation
Publication requires identity and legal-age verification and approved content. Verification confirms the procedure’s result and scope only. Content may be reviewed, restricted, rejected or removed for safety, rule or legal reasons.
Prohibited conduct
Fraud, coercion, exploitation, content involving minors, non-consensual content, impersonation, harassment, malware, unauthorized scraping, security circumvention and illegal activity are prohibited.
Availability and responsibility
Service may be interrupted for maintenance or supplier failures. Velvet does not guarantee user statements, availability, conduct, service quality or external arrangements. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
